@CoxHelp @CoxComm 15 years with you and no one at your company could think to get me an answer of WHAT was happening let alone a ballpark timeline for restoration of services. 90+ hours of downtime in a week. Absolute worst I've ever been treated by @CoxComm. Thanks for the lost income.

@CoxComm is the worst ISP I have ever had. Ive been dealing with extreme packet loss since February. Which has caused me to stop streaming and REALLY hindered my online gaming/uploading. They basically told me that since they can’t figure it out, its not their problem anymore. 😡

At work just trying to finish out my shift and of course @CoxComm has another outage. So now I get to sit here and listen to this entire hotel complain because nobody can get on the internet. This is at least the 2nd time in a week we’ve had this happen. 🤬

Hey @CoxHelp, why when I contact Cox do they ask me about your connection problems? Shouldn’t that be the other way around? Thanks for the 6 dollar credit for the last 2 months of awful stability. I can see how much you value your customers.👍🏻🙄
