We are looking for independent, motivated, energetic, individuals who appreciate working in a laid back environment with tasty food. The ideal candidate would be someone who can provide an excellent customer service experience, and is friendly with customers and coworkers. All positions offer a meal plan during shifts and a nice employee discount. We use scheduling software so the schedule is always available to you and it's easy to set availability and request time off. PPE provided for all employees, we also offer curbside carryout service and the option for contactless deliveries.
Delivery Driver
($10.99/hr base salary + pay per mile driven + plenty of TIP$)
This is an independent position where you will be handling a bulk of our deliveries throughout the dinner rush and late night rush and spend most of your time on the road. We deliver to grateful, generous customers throughout the Oakdale, Woodbury, Maplewood, Lake Elmo, East St. Paul and North St. Paul areas.
Sarpino's is unique in offering Free Delivery, which means customers don't pay extra fees and they can pass the savings on to the driver as a direct tip! Make more cash and hourly wages than you could with big chains or 3rd party delivery apps!
We need someone who can be friendly and efficient; these are the keys to providing great service and making great tips each night.
