Thank you for submitting a ban appeal. I have carefully reviewed your ban appeal and I want to provide you with some detailed information about the outcome. After careful consideration, I have decided to permanent lift the ban on your account, however a ban is still enforced.
I appreciate your appeal and the information you provided. After a review, I have decided to lift the permanent ban on your account. I understand that mistakes can happen, and we want to give you the opportunity to continue using our servers responsibly. My decision was based on the following considerations:
On the 1st May 2024 you we’re banned for Toxicity along with Political Comments. Unfortunately, this was an error on my part; this was not meant to be a permanent ban on your account; however a long period of time that you will be unable to play.
Your claims of being provoked by another player are false. I have reviewed the chat logs of the day in question; and your comments we’re of your own will and was not in response to any other person. Primarily, your political comments once the Russian team has won. Please see below the chat log in question:

From the day you have joined our servers; You have been extremely toxic on 18/03/2024 you we’re warned 3 times for your toxic comments; yet you have continued to do so throughout your time on Powerbits Gameteam. You have not only been Toxic and Political, but also hom*ophobic and harassing another user. This is unacceptable both on Powerbits Gameteam and BattleBit Remastered. An opportunity is now given to you to be considerate, read not only our rules but also BattleBit Remastered rules. Any further issues herein will result in a permanent ban in the future.
The permanent ban is now lifted, however a ban is still enforced until 30/06/2024 15:53 (2 MONTHS). I am also obliged to notify you that your chat log will be sent to the BattleBit Remastered Moderation Team for review as well, they may deem it fit enough to issue you a game ban along with the server ban issued by Powerbits Gameteam.
