The settlement benefits consumers who purchased products from Ashley Furniture that were advertised at a discount from a “regular” or “original” price between April 13, 2018, and March 31, 2022, online or between March 9, 2017, and March 31, 2022, in-store.

TTEC Health Net data breach settlement checks

The settlement benefits individuals whose personal information TTEC stored and whose information the data breach compromised between March 2021 and September 2021.

According to the class action lawsuit, TTEC and Health Net could have prevented the breach by implementing reasonable cybersecurity measures. Due to this negligence, hackers allegedly gained access to sensitive patient data.
