The settlement benefits consumers who purchased products from Ashley Furniture that were advertised at a discount from a “regular” or “original” price between April 13, 2018, and March 31, 2022, online or between March 9, 2017, and March 31, 2022, in-store.

Under the terms of the settlement, class members could receive a cash payment based on the amount they spent on Pulsz gambling websites. Our readers report receiving settlement checks in the mail worth up to $3,625.43.

The deadline to submit a claim with the settlement was Jan. 29, 2024.

The Pulsz gambling website class action lawsuit is Whiting v. Yellow Social Interactive Ltd., Case No. 2023-CI-00358, in the Kentucky Circuit Court for Henderson County.

TTEC Health Net data breach settlement checks

The settlement benefits individuals whose personal information TTEC stored and whose information the data breach compromised between March 2021 and September 2021.

The settlement benefits consumers who purchased certain Whirlpool dishwashers between 2010 and 2018.
